+ Overall good experience but I think staff needed at this hotel as there were no one to tell us anything once we arrived and had to figure out.

Would recommend staying + We stayed in tower B. Room and the building was clean and cozy. Breakfasts was delicious and the staffs were very good.

+ They need to improve some stuff in a hotel, people are coming from all over the world but,they can’t even provide an outlet to charge their phone in their room. When I ask for an adapter to charge my phone the clearly deny to give it to me . I had to go buy my own adapter. We couldn’t use the phone from the hotel room to connect places. And they should have an iron and microwave in their hotel room..

Nice Hotel + Lovely hotel, great location. Room looked a little tired in places. Was cleaned daily. Nice breakfast, which got busy at times. Staff aleays pleasant and happy to help.

Amazing stay + We had amazing stay, room was clean and everyday we came into a freshly clean bedding and clean room. Breakfast was delicious and staff were really friendly and always willing to help.

+ Very comfortable room and friendly staff. The mall is next to the hotel so lots of shopping . There is a taxi rank just opposite the hotel as well as the train station so getting around was really easy. Very reasonably priced so would recommend a stay here especially if you are on a tight budget

+ Fantastic location. Metro train and bus station is in right in front of the hotel. Plenty of eat out options in Ibn Battuta Mall. Luggage storage facilities available if you couldnt secure a late checkout. Breakfast was amazingly good.

Cheap, but not nice + They tried to downgrade the room we paid for when we arrived. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The breakfast buffet was pricey for the area and did not taste great. Then we were locked out of the room several times due to a malfunctioning card reader.

+ Next to the metro and big shopping mall. Room was clean, bathroom was modern and clean, quite place, polite service. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to the JBR beach and back

Lovely hotel + Third stay at the hotel. Close to the mall, metro, buses and coaches to Abu Dhabi.
