+ Room assigned was different than booked [lower config]. When asked hotel refused to accept expedia booking and squarely blamed it on expedia. No recognition of VIP status and no upgrades.

+ When we checked in on 20 th it was bad , we were waiting for the receptionist people were check in even though we were line, nobody is managing to serve first come first

I was in line people behind me was going before me, nobody controlling or receptionist didn’t even say anything , stayed two times in 10 days ,first time was ok may be no line up in the middle of night,second checkin was terrible, was very upset with the service they provided
