+ Amazing property , looks new , most of the staff is cordial , however it seems as is new property they are not aware of things happening . Book a club room and in h the benefits is mention check out till 4 I had to reclaim this . As well the pool staff one of the best however due to iftar the pool was closing at 330 PM . No one offer other alternative of pool. When we reach to the room in the tv was mentioning free access to the lagoon, however as it was weekend we needed to pay , however this was not mention at all

Amazing Stay - one of my best + A very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Sophia in reception is amazing and make our anniversary week very memorable. We thank the Address for such a wonderful stay and exceptional hotel and rooms. The sea view is incredible.

Not good + Very slow and inefficient check in process - even at midnight, while they can see you have an infant and needs to go to room quickly. Mismanagement during breakfast time. No tables/space, and you have to wait. 2 PM late check out confirmed during check in, but no synchronization between the different teams. Housekeeping doesn’t know and reception calls to kick you out and 12 PM, wakes up the baby with the shock, and offer you “mercy” with an attitude to leave at 2PM, while it was already confirmed during check in time. It’s almost a joke. Process is obviously flawed.

+ Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Address Creek Harbour Hotel! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen – der Service war durchweg professionell und sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die Skyline von Dubai und den Creek – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: nah genug am Zentrum, aber angenehm ruhig und mit schöner Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Hotel jedem Dubai-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen!
