+ The best hotel we've ever stayed at. The service was really stand out for us. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to help us and make our trip memorable - especially the house keeping staff. We opted for the half board package (Jumeirah Flavours) which also included access to all the hotels on the resort and free buggies between them. Will definitely be returning very soon!

a couple of Days stop off. + Nice hotel, and a nice welcome, With all the choices of Hotels in Dubai, Not one i would rush back to, as i felt it a little tired in places.

+ Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here recently. Absolutely wonderful hotel. We were spoilt on the beach every day by Moses & the other staff. We had a club room with Ocean view….definitely worth the extra. Can’t wait to return! Thank you JBH

+ This is my favourite holiday! I honestly loved, loved, LOVED it all! Service is brilliant, beautiful hotel and super friendly. Pool bars are so much fun. If I had a budget I’d definitely upgrade to Exec pool as it’s just a little more chilled, so highly recommended.

+ Anna at the executive pool was excellent. The hotel wasn’t up to the usual standards I would expect of Dubai. The sheets for the bed were too small and every night they came off, the club room was the worst I have ever been to and we have been coming to Dubai for over 15years. The half board options have reduced each time we have been to the Jumeirah hotels and the chicken option in the hide for half board was so small it was ridiculous. The sofa bed in our room was grubby, one of the sinks didn’t work. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and would be the last. we have stayed in Al Qasr and Dar Al Masayf before and they were amazing. Maybe it’s more suited to families. The best part about the hotel was the executive pool and all the staff were amazing
