Great location and facilities, exceptional staff and service + I was attending meetings locally so location was great; and the hotel is centrally located so can easily and quickly take the metro or an uber to where you want to go. The staff are exceptional - from the attendants out front, the reception staff, the concierge, the staff in the restaurants and gym, the housekeeping people, all really really good. Room was clean and I had a very good stay. − Nothing was bad

séjour come d'habitude Exceptionnel + Un quatrième séjour toujours aussi exceptionnel au Conrad Dubai ! C’est déjà notre quatrième séjour au Conrad Dubai et, une fois encore, tout était au top. Le niveau de service reste vraiment premium et constant à chacun de nos séjours. Notre chambre Two Family était superbe, spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Un grand bravo à l’équipe du housekeeping pour la propreté irréprochable et le soin apporté quotidiennement à nos chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, très varié, avec beaucoup de choix et une qualité toujours au rendez-vous. Mais ce qui fait véritablement la différence au Conrad, c’est la qualité du personnel : professionnel, attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Aïcha à l’accueil, qui a répondu avec beaucoup d’attention à tous nos besoins, à Kawtar, toujours souriante et bienveillante, ainsi qu’à Mohamed de la sécurité, d’une extrême gentillesse.
