لا يلبي التوقعات + الموقع والمعاملة الجيدة من الاستقبال − وجبة الإفطار والعشاء لا يوجد فيها تنوع ولا تناسب أذواق مختلف الجاليات ولا تتلائم مع فندق 5 نجوم.

+ Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Grande et belle piscine à débordement avec vue sur la plage privée de l'hôtel. Personnel aux petits soins. Surtout au restaurant. Les repas étaient très bons, que ce soit au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner. Toujours du choix et de qualité. Attention spéciale à Oumaima qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus magique. − Les travaux sur le chantier à côté qu'on entendait toute la nuit... Nous avions demandé un départ tardif car nous avions notre vol dans la nuit, quitte à payer une partie du prix de la nuit mais pas possible de négocier, il fallait débourser le prix d'une nuit complète...

I had a wonderful, safe, and relaxing experience to reset my week. + I liked the room. It was so spacious. Recommended for a family vacation. The place is so quiet. No smoking, and it is a non-alcoholic facility. Life guards are so attentive and strict regarding the safety of the guests. There are a lot of freebies in the lobby and many inclusive amenities. And very detailed regarding guest requests.

+ We had such a wonderful stay at Retreat – MGallery Dubai! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, approachable, and accommodating the staff were. A special thank you to the lovely Arab receptionist whose name I unfortunately forgot, and to our fellow Filipina colleague with short hair. She was so kind and thoughtful—she even helped look after our toddler for a while so we could complete our check-in properly. That small gesture meant so much to us as parents. 🥰 We also really appreciated ALL the lifeguard at the pool. They are very friendly, professional, and knew exactly how to handle and interact with children. We felt comfortable and safe having our toddler around the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent, our room was perfect and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake, flowers, and warm greetings prepared for us. 🎂💐 These little touches made our stay even more special.
