+ Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Espetáculo de magia à quinta-feira. − Lençóis sujos. Pedimos para mudar e não foram mudados. Nem sempre foram feitas todas as camas do quarto.

Goed + Vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden. − De kamer was erg klein. Wat enorm tegenviel was de stank in de stoomcabine. Veel schimmel op het plafond en in de hoeken. Het was zo erg, ik ben er direct weer uitgegaan.

Уютный недорогой отель рядом со склоном с хорошим питанием. + Буквально метров 100 до выхода на склон. Хороший завтрак и ужин. Есть шкафчики для хранения оборудования. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Great ski hotel! + Fantastic location, clean rooms, good facilities, helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast included, very tasty buffet dinner as a paid option - couldn't ask for more. Adrien (sp?) the manager was super friendly even with our large group and limited Spanish. Hotel was very busy during our stay but well soundproofed and never an issue. Will hopefully be coming back next year! − Nothing

+ Personal muy agradable, nos atendieron muy bien. Muy buen punto al acceso de pistas. Personal del comedor muy atentos, Adrián el metre muy detallista. Personal de recepción y de la zona de ocio muy bien, un diez − Nos tocó habitación con bañera. Personalmente no me gustan. Le falta un asa, para dar un poco de seguridad en la ducha. Recomiendo, claro está cuando (económicamente) el cambio a ducha. La considero más práctica. A la habitación le falta un armario, el poder dejar la ropa fuera de las maletas, por lo demás muy bien. Colchones muy cómodos y la habitación siempre calentita, buena calefacción

Volveré. + Lo mejor la ubicación y los juegos de mesa. − Cerraban el hotel en unos días y no tenían algunas cosas de la carta o en el desayuno.

+ Location − Food at breakfast and dinner. Comparing to Hotel Cristina, quality is much lower and much less options Hotel is also older with a little less safety systems comparing to Cristina. Staff depends, but had some interactions with very nice staff, however I would say half of the staff are not so polite and attentive. For same price, I would choose Hotel Cristina which is right next to it

Great for price, recommend. + The staff kind, helpful and generous. The location was perfect, really close to the slopes/lifts. The room was comfortable. The bar area was pleasant to be at, not too crowded and nice. I also liked the spa area − The breakfast could have been better looking and arranged. It wasn't bad nor it tasted bad but I feel that it didn't have many options for organic and vegan/vegetarian eaters. I think the room was a bit too small and also the bathroom, was hard, I was alone but if I was with someone else it would have been quite annoying.
