+ La ubicación excepcional, el parking ideal, el apartamento muy cuidado y silencioso. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Las vistas, el sonido del rio...ideal − El señor de recepción debería mejorar la comunicación con el cliente: desagradable, no quería atender una necesidad nuestra ni entender que era un despiste suyo( cama sin sábanas ). Luego lo arreglaron pero nos disgustó . Las demás recepcionistas estupendas. El apartamento excelente, todo muy bien cuidado. El sofá cama: a mejorar el colchón, muy fino.

Близько до центру і водночас тихе місце з видом на водоспад( у нас були апартаменти відповідні). − Персонал не дуже привітний. Також мали неприємну ситуацію під час паркування авто. Нас ніхто не попередив при заселенні, що існують правила паркування авто. Коли ми повертались з прогулянки, запаркували авто передом до виїзду. Але прибігла жінка і заставляла перепарковувати авто передом вглиб гаражу. Тому що в гаражі вже було запарковане авто предом до виїзду і це заборонено їх правилами. До слова, у нас була втомлена 4 місячна дитина, яка була голодна і кричала!(

Bad experience and wouldn’t stay again, but the apartment is nice. + The apartment its self was nice modern and clean. The location was not bad, 20 min walk to the center down / up hill. However, we left 2 nights early due to the air conditioning making an extremely loud noise all night leaving us unable to sleep, the company would not refund us the money so we had to pay for another hotel. − Air conditioning made a loud clicking sound all night, they had a technician to look at it who said it was normal, I tell you now this 100% is not normal, it stopped us sleeping completely I had to wear ear plugs and even with them I could hear it. They claim the people before us didn’t hear nothing, maybe if you are a very deep sleeper you might be lucky. Finally, I understand it’s advertised as a double bed, but a bed of 135cm was really too small for two adults. They say it’s the only large room they have in the block and it’s in the disabled room which people rent as normal, but a slightly bi…

Non ci tornerei, Aggiungere 30 euro a notte per il parcheggio abbatte il rapporto qualità prezzo + molto ben fornito − arredamento troppo spartano. Ho richiesto il parcheggio un mese prima perchè ad Andorra è un incubo, dopo aver preso i soldi mi hanno detto che non era disponibile e quindi ho dovuto usare un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento posto a 350 con forte dislivello con una spesa media di 30 euro a notte. MI è sembrato veramente scorretto da parte del gestore.
