Bof + L emplacement − Fenêtre (1 ère chambre) donnant sur une sortie d aération et l autre chambre velux donc plus que bof. Pour un 3 étoiles l hôtel mériterait un rajeunissement. L accueil de l hôtel nickel comme d habitude. Par contre le petit déjeuner est moyen, quant au bar terrasse la seule chose qu ils savent vous dire "un moment" et fort peu aimable. Du coup au bout de la 2ème fois nous sommes allés voir ailleurs.

LA GRAN DECEPCIÓN. + LA UBICACIÓN MUY BIEN. − Estuvimos alojados en las buhardillas en media pensión,las habitaciones eran minúsculas y los inodoros tenían una capa de suciedad dentro muy importante, en general el tema limpieza está demasiado justo. La atención en las cenas fueron MAL, las sirven en una mini cafetería de tres mesas y es el mismo personal que sirve a las personas que no están alojadas, por lo que para cenar estuvimos más de una hora y media. La cena no es buffet y lo que ofrecen es un plato combinado. La atención de los camareros, también deja de desear por el estrés que llevan.

El mejor hotel de Andorra la Vella + El personal muy amable, cada año vamos porque sabemos que además de un lugar céntrico te tratan como si fueras de la familia. − Nada que decir, me gustó todo.

Aceptable + Ubicació − Habitacion con vistas a un patio de luces, no habia nevera, y el buffet del desayuno un poco justo.
