+ A very beautiful and new hotel, all the facilities are very good condition. Good restaurants. − A weird location in industrial area. When we arrived there was a big conference that we couldn't find parking. The location is not really easy to find. And the jacuzzi was not hot enough.

מומלץ ממש!! + העיצוב היפה,ניקיון ללא רבב,צוות אדיב,2בריכות נקיות ויפות,הכל מטופח מסביב, גנים מהממים. − הג'קוזי לא היה חם ובין ילדים שקפצו שם ללא השגחה..הבריכה לא הורגשה כמחוממת למרוץ שכתוב שכן.

Beautiful surroundings, but disappointing service, excessive noise, and poor value for the price. + The experience was unfortunately far from what I expected, especially considering the price. The main positive is the nature and the pool area, which are genuinely beautiful. However, the pool was extremely crowded during our stay, mainly because there are always external guests using the facilities, which significantly takes away from the experience of staying at the property. − The service was the biggest disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the security guard at the entrance was rude, unwelcoming, and not helpful at all. The way we were treated immediately created a very negative first impression. Another major issue was the noise. There was a wedding ceremony during our stay with very loud speakers, and the music continued late into the night. We couldn't even keep the windows open around midnight because of the noise, which is unacceptable when you're paying to stay at a hot…
