we strongly do not recommend this hotel + location − We were moved to three different rooms during our stay, which was very inconvenient. One of the reception staff members was extremely rude. Late at night, he refused to provide us with a blanket because, as it turned out, there was an unpaid charge on our booking. However, despite seeing us several times throughout the day, he never mentioned this issue until the middle of the night. We also received several anonymous phone calls to our room between 3 and 4 a.m. The caller remained silent each time. The calls only stopped after we unplugged the room phone. The water supply was interrupted due to road works in the area, which was clearly beyond the hotel’s control. However, we were disappointed by how the situation was handled. A hotel of this standard should have had an emergency solution in place, such as providing guests with water from storage tanks or at least sufficient bottled water. + location − The blankets had noticeable yellow stains, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned after renovation work, and the construction dust and dirt were only removed after we requested housekeeping. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant. That said, we would like to thank Diana and Stella, who genuinely did everything they could to help and made every effort within their authority to improve the situation.

+ В целом хороший и комфортный номер — стильный, красиво оформленный и приятный для проживания. Хороший и вкусный завтрак − К сожалению, во время моего пребывания были серьёзные проблемы с коммунальными услугами. Горячую воду отключили на целый день. Также постоянно отключались электричество и Wi-Fi, что было особенно неудобно, поскольку мне нужно было работать. При этом, насколько я поняла, проблемы были связаны с ремонтными работами в Тбилиси — вся улица была раскопана. Поэтому, если вы планируете бронировать этот отель на ближайшие даты, рекомендую заранее уточнить ситуацию с ремонтными работами и возможными перебоями с электричеством и водой.

+ Отель находится на одной из самых живописных и живых улиц города. Много баров и кафе находятся рядом. Буквально в нескольких метрах находится одна из главных улиц города - проспект Руставели. К сожалению, сейчас идет ремонт проспекта и все перекопано. Однако отель старается сделать прибывание гостей максимально комфортным. Очень понравился номер с балконом на 4 этаже. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

Cozy and clean hotel in the city center + The location is great, close to historical locations, many good restaurants, and in front of the Stamba coworking. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly. It's a total value for the money. − The breakfast is very modest, and I found it hard for me to find anything to eat, so I ate in the cafe nearby. There were water issues in the first room, but it might have been due to the technical works on the street; afaik, it was okay later during the day, but I had already left. When I was staying in the hotel one day later, I had another room, and there were no issues with water, but though, the water wasn't really hot (but maybe it's just me loving taking a really hot shower).
