+ Красивый вид из номера на ночной город Приветливый персонал Ресторан на самом верху с живой музыкой и атмосферой, визуалом на город − Раздельные кровати, совмещение и представлены как одна большая, я терпеть такое не могу, пишите как есть в описании, неудобно спать с мужем в обнимку, кто то вечно в «канаве» Завтраки без капучино, для меня провал И было жутко холодно, кондей работал на всю, а это минусовой этаж, где окна подвальные, я была удивлена, наверху такое шикарное место, а завтраки в «подвале»

Hotel had overbooking but didn’t inform us + It has a nice restaurant on the rooftop, I liked the dinner and the view was incredible. It’s open to the public and I had dinner here on a different occasion. − I made the reservation for a friend/valued client and I had paid online, and advised check in time of 2:30 am. Unfortunately they left him waiting outside for a long time and then told him the reservation was cancelled or invalid and he had to go find other accommodation late at night. I called the hotel next day and it sounded like they had Overbooking’s due to not using a proper channel manager from what I could gather, as this is a standard software for hotels. Also it’s not within booking policy for Overbooking’s and the hotel should have contacted us and organised alternative accommodation. I called booking support and a refund was issued.

Great experience, highly recommend + We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience with the hotel, staff, and surroundings. Value for the price was excellent — we got a free room upgrade with beautiful views of Sameba Cathedral and the city. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got fresh water bottles every day. Even though it's not a large hotel, breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the staff serving it were also very friendly. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the city, a great atmosphere, and delicious food. − NA
