+ Las vistas − El chico de la recepción nos trato fatal. Llegamos a la 13.20 al hotel, mi pareja estaba enferma. Le expliqué la situación al recepcionista y le pedí que, por favor, hiciera lo posible por adelantar el check in (que era a las 14.00). El recepcionista no solo no hizo nada, sino que no mostró nada de empatía y nos dijo que hasta las 14.00 nada. A las 13.59 volví a hablar con el y tras una discusión desagradable, llamo a las señoras de la limpieza y nos dio la habitación 10 minutos después. Las habitaciones pueden no estar listas y puede que tu no puedas hacer nada para acelerarlo, pero que menos que parecer que te preocupa un poco el bienestar de tus clientes.

Great stuff − It was a great experience. Stuff was amazing and very helpful. Nice breakfast, lovely balcony of hotel. We would stay there again. Only thing is hotel located uphill, for the arrival it was hard for us to go uphill but later we found out 408 numbered bus goes to hotel from liberty square.

+ El trato del personal, y el desayuno super completo y riquísimo. Las vistas del hotel son muy buenas. − La habitación nos tocó al lado del comedor y a las 5 de la mañana ya se escuchaba mucho ruido de trabajadores entiendo preparando el desayuno. La ubicación tiene muy buenas vistas pero eso hace que esté lejos del centro con una gran cuesta, pero con Uber no hay más problema.

Nice hotel with a great view, but the uphill location can be inconvenient. + The hotel is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the view over Tbilisi is great. − The hotel is located quite far uphill, so getting there on foot involves a lot of climbing. Although the entrance is on floor 0, the hotel extends downhill, meaning you may need to walk down one or two flights of stairs to reach your room. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Because of the location, we usually had to take a taxi when going to or returning from the city.
