Sehr zu empfehlen in allen Punkten + Sehr schönes Hotel. Lage bestens . Sehr guter Service Personal super hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei .Große Auswahl Gigantische Ausicht vom 5 Stock mit Terrasse. − Da gibt es wirklich keinen Punkt . Waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Great location and room, affordable for longer stay and definitely worth it! + Hotel has Great location and views are lovely! − Many flies come to the room cause of light, would be great to have the net to prevent them coming to the room and enjoy open doors

+ The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is adequate to fuel a day of touring. − This is a practical and subjective observation. It would be best to relocate the coffee station in the breakfast buffet to avoid congestion.

Mükemmeldi✨ + Genel olarak çok güzel bir oteldi. Tatilinizi yapabilmek için uygun lokasyon. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Eski tiflis manzarasında güzel kahvaltı deneyimi sunuyor. Ses yalıtımı güçlü, sessiz bir ortamda dinlenebiliyorsunuz. Aile, arkadaş, eş olarak çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Otelin imkanları oldukça iyi.

+ Customer Service (reception) can use some improvement. Please also expect to wear wrinkly clothes for the duration of your trip. Was not able to get iron for 4 days, was told that it’s with another guest. Hotel wanted me to pay for them to iron my clothes. Pathetic

We really enjoyed staying at KMM + The location is good, convenient for public transport and close to the old town. The staff will order reasonably priced taxis anyway so access is no problem. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a lovely view of the city. There is also outside seating on the terrace for use in good weather. The breakfast was good, the rooms comfortable and the staff lovely. We give five stars to Anni on reception (and her colleague Lena) for their help. Ani was there during the daytime every day we were there and she was always smiling and always helpful. She made our stay very special. − The room we had on our first stay was a lovely room but the windows in the bathroom were screened with a net which could be seen through from the outside at night. However the staff have taken this on board and hopefully there will be full privacy soon.

− Комната очень маленькая.Вид из окна был на ящики с мусором . Завтрак не вкусный . Дополнительная кровать для взрослого мужчины была рассчитана на ребенка . Ужасно не удобная . Полотенца каждый день меняли ,но почему то на двоих . ,а не троих
