The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming. The staff are always kind, helpful, and professional, which makes the stay even more pleasant. For me, one of the most important things is feeling comfortable and safe when I travel, and this hotel always provides that feeling. The service quality is consistent, and everything is handled with care. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. + رائع ، نظيف وموقعه بجانب الخدمات الضروريه ، من بقاله وصيدليه وصرافه واكل، غرفه مرتبه وبوفيه الافطار منوع ، − لاشي ، فقط لايوجد من يساعدك في حمل الامتعه ، حتى وقت المطر ، كنا بحاجه للمساعده ولم نحظى بها وكانت الامطار غزيره ولايوجد مكان مناسب لتحميل وتنزيل الامتعه

ALLES WAS TOP ! + We reizen vaak maar dit overtrof onze verwachtingen . Alles was TOP ... goede locatie, heel mooie inrichting - bijzonder smaakvol - lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt - SUPER restaurant - heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel . We verbleven er 5 nachten . Een grote aanrader - Prijs/kwalitiet kan het niet beter !

Overall we were satisfied with our stay, especially with the location and the staff. + The staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was also good. The room was big and comfortable. − The only concern was some of the guests with big families. The children were very noisy, always eating stinky snacks in the corridors on the floor and leaving trash around. And our room was not on a light side; there was no view, and it was a bit damp inside.

+ The lobby has been updated, the rest of the hotel and rooms feel a bit dated. But the staff is exceptionally great, shout out to Temur and Elena who went out of their way to help manage our touristy issues. − Bed in the single room wasn't most comfortable. Rooms are a bit small.
