+ Fantastic hotel, beautifully located in the mountains overlooking Tbilisi, surrounded by lush greenery. I stayed in a two-storey chalet, which was absolutely stunning. I also used the resort’s airport transfer service and was able to choose the type of car, making the journey extremely comfortable. The resort offers a wide range of body treatments and medical consultations with doctors, available upon request and at an additional cost. It was wonderful to be able to walk peacefully through the forest and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Vergleichbar mit Olympiapark in Shekhi in Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 + Tolle Gegend. Viel Ruhe − Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren an der Decke. Kein Schwimmbad. Für alles muss man extra zahlen ( bitte in den Preis integrieren) Personal kann keine Wassermelone bringen (Georgien das Land der Melonen). Sehr unflexibel. Nicht für Menschen zu empfehlen, die an Luxus gewöhnt sind! Ameisen in den teuersten Apartments ;) Usw.

תורידו הילוך. ולנוח בטבע מפנק. + מקום שקט, יער, טבע, אלפקות, הירגעות אחרי טיולי אדרנלין. פינוק. − הבריכה לא מוכנה, רק ב 2027. כל דבר עולה כסף: טניס, ביליארד, פינג פונג, אפילו סאונה בתשלום. מענה איטי של הקבלה, צריך אותם בשביל להתנייד עם רכבי גולף ממקום למקום. ואין פעילויות, אין טיולים, אין סדנאות. מקום סגור כזה חייב להעסיק את האורחים. לא רק טיפולים.

Beautiful grounds and facilities, let down by quality of staff engagement + Grounds are stunning, views from the rooms are really incredible. The event space is world class. − Staff attitudes awful, rushed and verging on dismissive The restaurant is basic, not premium with very few outside dining tables (mostly low lounge seating not suitable to eat on) wouldn’t ever return which is a shame
