Enjoy lazy days by the beach and laid back evenings sampling local cuisine. Highly recommend. + The location is just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants but still away from all the bustle and very quiet. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. The hosts, Dominic annd Letty are very laid back and helpful. They are genuinely concerned about their guests needs. − The internet doesn’t always work well in the room. There have been a few power outages which also disconnected the A/C. I think the power outages were planned by the local power company so hopefully this is not an ongoing thing.

Peaceful guesthouse near the beach + Airy room with large balcony and modern bathroom peacefully located away from the main heavily trafficked road in a green environment near a quiet stretch of beach. Dom did his best to secure a happy stay. He contacted me before my arrival and arranged a rickshaw to the bus station for my departure. His wife is also adorable and easy going. Wifi worked out fine. − Nothing to complain about. Very much recommended.

Relaxed and convenient. + Great position and very helpful people. Our room was air-conditioned and had a fan. There was a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable. The property is a hundred metres, maybe, from the sand and the beach-shack bars and restaurants along the shoreline. A few hundred metres the other way there is a mainroad with more bars, restaurants, shops and ATMs. The Lawande Supermarket there has a good range at fair prices and does not charge extra to tourists. Good range of alcohol, too. And all with friendly owners and very good value.

A little bit of paradise + Absolutely fabulous, Dominic and Letty are brilliant hosts. We had a double room with balcony and it was perfect, lots of space, a wardrobe and safety box, fridge and lashings of hot water. Five minutes from the beach and the town, − Nothing it was brilliant

Perfect + Dominic and Letty are brilliant hosts. We had room 2 which was very clean, large and comfortable. We arrived late and everything was ready for us. The room has coffee and tea making facilities and crockery should you want to eat on the balcony, there are loads of hangers in the wardrobe which locks and also a safety deposit box. The large bathroom has lashing of very hot water. − Everything was very good, there is nothing to dislike, the location is 5 minutes from the beautiful beach with all of its snacks and 10 minutes from the town.

Perfect + Dominic Letty and Sanjay are perfect hosts and nothing into much trouble. Sea Pearl has a lively garden and we had a ground floor studio so we could hear the sea as we fell asleep. There was lots of hot water and towels and bedding were changed regularly; we had a ceiling fan and air conditioning too. We were 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the main road where restaurants and shops are located. We were sad to leave .

Where Guests Become Family + I had a great stay at Sea pearl :) The location is perfect, away from all the noise, in a beautiful green neighborhood- just a 3 minut walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are incredible big, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Dominique, Letty, and their wonderful son. Their warmth and kindness create a special atmosphere... If you're looking for a place that combines a great location, fantastic rooms, and the most welcoming hosts, this is definitely the place to stay🪷 − Couldn't think of any negative thing to say

+ Großes Zimmer. Wasserkocher. Kühlschrank. Strandnähe. Ruhe. − Kleiner Balkon ohne Sonnenschutz. War praktisch nicht nutzbar. Den ganzen Tag volle Sonne. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt deshalb abgebrochen.

+ Хорошее освещение, нет насекомых, близко к спокойному месту на пляже, сильный напор воды, в номере второго этажа, в сторону моря, без кондиционера ,в декабре, не жарко. До главной улицы 10 минут ходьбы. сетка на окнах. . Металический шкаф с сейфом. Хозяева хорошие. − Рядом вилла, на которой проводят торжества. Там вечером до 23 час. громкая музыка, салют. Это мешает спать

Peaceful guest house set amongst palm trees, close to beach. + Really enjoyed our stay, very peaceful and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Lovely gardens and room very clean and had a large fridge. Not far to walk to the main Candolim walk as well. I’d definitely stay again. − Bed was firmer than I normally like, but still slept well.

Umfeld nicht schön. + Es ist ein sehr schönes Zimmer und die Vermieter sehr nett − Das Umfeld ist schrecklich. Schmutzig und laut. Viel Verkehr und viele Hunde. Ein sehr unattraktiver kleiner Ort.

Excellent + Location - away from the main town, close to the beach, and a short walk to find restaurants and bars AC and ceiling fan - for those of us not used to the temperatures Balcony overlooking a field with palm trees - great for watching the exotic birds − Minor niggle, but the beds were a bit hard on the hips.
