Perfekt for a few days in Lisboa! + The apartment was big , very clean, nice to be there. − only one toilette for the many we were.

+ Generally nice apartment, well located and silent. − it rained heavily in the night and the whole bathroom was flooded 3-5 cm. I wonder how the rain got in but that shouldn't happen when you pay 400+ € a night. Very inconvenient and the owner refused to discount. Thats not very customer-friendly. Also, there were big water marks on the ceiling of the kitchen. Against the comment of the owner, this problem should be well-known. Thats really disappointing.

No heating in Winter, Electricity trips even for charging phones + large house, probably OK for summer − Freezing night, raining NO central heating was asked to use portable heaters, 3 available in 3 rooms Turning even 1 on to medium, would trip electricity spent all night waking up frozen only to fix tripped electricity spent evening at a nearby restaurant that had heat, walking distance didnt even charge phones, if you charged more than 1 phone and had 1 heater in low, trip if you move through the house at night, floor cracking will wake everyone up Ended up sick, after frozen night. Had to literally give away and move to another hotel paying again for another night
