Nice place, helpful stuff. + Friendly and helpful stuff. Helped us organize transportation and even drove us to the bus stop. We arrived very tired and hungry and they prepared us some food even outside the working hours of the kitchen.

Lovely stay. Thank you + View from the balcony Staff very attentive and helpful, would go out there way to help us. Gym Hot water Comfortable rooms We liked the different games that were available. − The staff from the spa approached us/ telephoned us about five times during our four day stay which became quite annoying. This isn’t a comment about the property but maybe helpful to know that this property, as many others are in the area, is positioned on a very busy road which is difficult to walk along.

Exceptional + I stayed at Upavan Resort for a night, and it was absolutely perfect. The room, the tranquil environment, the peaceful location, and the food exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and everything from room service to other services was on point and timely. The resort is ideally located near the Wayanad Churam mountain pass and Pookote Lake, and the climate in the area is simply amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The nice environment of the hotel The food was amazing especially the buffet + The staff was very nice and humble and the location of the property wasre excellent − Dinner timings can be extended and also spa rates were high if can be reduced further so that guests can use the facility
