Pesadilla hacer el check out + El departamento es cómodo y limpio − El check in es a las 16hs dónde una persona entrega las llaves y la tarjeta del parking. Y dice que para el check out hay que dejarlas en la mesa y cerrar la puerta del departamento si fuera así sería imposible salir del parking y del edificio. Llamé para asistencia sin mucha respuesta. Salimos del parking con la tarjeta. Pagamos un parking, fuimos al dpto entramos por la puerta principal con la llave mi marido se quedó sosteniendo la puerta abierta hasta que yo entrará al departamento y dejara la llave y tarjeta de parking 30 minutos en el tramite de check out una pesadilla.

Szuper. :) + Jó elhelyezkedésű a szállás, közelben jó éttermek, jó fej a személyzet, jól felszerelt, van parkoló, kényelmes ágy, tiszta, jól berendezett, ár-értek aranyban is szuper. Ajánlom, remélem még visszatérünk.

Bad experience with check in with no excuse! + Nice apartment, spacious parking under building. Clean and good location. − Worst check in for the last 15 years! There is many warnings about your delay: "after 20 hrs there is 30 euro additional taxes, after 23 hrs, 50 euro. But there is no taxes if the delay is caused by host company. We were 16:15 hrs in front of building and host arrived 17:50 hrs. Many calls to their phones (no reply)! Finally, I asked Booking.com for help and I was reached. Later on I have to wait about 1 hr. to arrive company's host. Also some problems when leaving properties but this is another long story. Otherwise apartment is perfect. Just Company that takes care about property is sucks!

+ It’s price appropriate for what you get. The building hallways are a little rundown, but the apartment is very clean. Some things needed repair, but it was functional for my short day. The location is excellent to walk and explore.

+ Lo que más me gustó fue que tuviera parqueadero. Perfecto para un par de noches en la ciudad. La ubicación es muy buena, es un barrio tranquilo con supermercados, restaurantes y cafés cerca. Está ubicado en un edificio de oficinas y apartamentos. Hay ascensor. Se puede caminar a los sitios turísticos (15 a 20 minutos) o tomar un Uber (5 a 10 minutos).

Bien + La ubicación está bien, cerca del centro de la ciudad pero el barrio está en proceso de renovación todavía se ve muchas chicas que trabajan en la calle y gente que vive en la calle. El atendimento al llegar al piso ha sido muy bueno. Nos deram toda la info y nos atenderán muy bien. El aire condicionado y el seca toallas han sido essencial es y han funcionado muy bien. También estaba muy limpio todo. − Tal como comentan otras personas en los comentarios, el piso está junto a salas comerciales y las zonas comunes necesitan ser renovadas. No funcionaba la tele y no funcionaba la ducha de mano. Tampoco había estropajo para lavar los platos. Entramos en contacto para solucionar lo de la tele pero no hemos recibido respuesta. El piso necesita algún mantenimiento .

+ Posizione fantastica per raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutti i punti di interesse. Comodissimo il parcheggio nel silos. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili per goderci una ottima visita della città.
