For what you paid, it was worth it + The ease of access and cleanliness, shower was lovely − Room smelt a little as you could not open the window which made it a little stuffy when sleeping as well. Also I found the pillows a little flat

Room 9 + lovely quiet room (room 9) and check in was very easy with the assistance of Zoe . I just called the telephone number on the door and the lady appeared almost instantly. a fan is in the room which was warm and needed as I could not open an outdoor window. all in all a lovely stay and recommend. The room was exceptionally clean and a very comfortable bed. − windows need to be able to be opened. everything else just excellent and so clean. Thankyou.

+ ■Very good location ■ Quick and simple check in ■ Brilliant location - shops, pubs, restaurants within walking distance ■ Carmarthen castle within walking distance ■ Clean and modern room ■ Tea/coffee/hot choc available in the room ■ Ironing board & iron in the room ■ Big fan in the room - very grestful to of had this in our room we was so warm due to the heatwave we're currently having No parking onsite but there's 2 car parks within walking distance so not a problem. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Ok room, did the job + Spacious room and comfy bed. Modern bathroom, new furnishings and a good smart TV with Netflix. Spacious bedroom Tea, coffee and water in the room. Clean room and bathroom. Ironing board, cupboards, hairdryer etc. − Entrance was a bit odd with a door next to a nightclub and a very unwelcoming stairway which felt a bit weird, especially as a solo female traveller. Once inside the room was modern and comfy though. It's above a nightclub, although I'm not sure if it's permanently closed? I was there on a Tuesday though so hard to know. I didn't hear any noise. No reception or staff on site. Entry is via an app, which did work ok once installed but was a bit confusing initially and I wasn't sure if the message I got was legit at first! My room was comfortable but got incredibly hot in the night, even in December! I had to crack the window and put the fan on at 4am to cool the room down. Best place so far in Carmarthen + Clean and quite, bottled water was good. Towels changed every day but not really necessary though. − Shower tray drain could do with cleaning.....attention to detail...this I always check

Not what it said on the tin very not + Nice clean room good bathroom − Described as hotel actually serviced rooms no one to let you in had to download app to get entry code not good got access found someone else in my room phoned manager was given much smaller room than I paid for then had the pleasure of being kept awake all night by a team of idiot drunken builders knocking on doors and screaming and shouting definitely never again

Poor, no staff, no amenities and plain. + Nothing − No staff. Had to phone a mobile number celllotaped to the door to get a pin for the safe key to get your room card. No staff made it very clinical. Would never stay there again and shouldn’t be called a hotel!
