+ It was really easy to self-check-in, comfortable and was very well priced. − It was a little noisy outside until quite late (just after midnight-ish)

Happy with my stay and would stay again. + The location was excellent, inparticular for the old town and museum quarter. It was easy to access the hotel with clear instructions given and even though it's next to a main road, it was very quiet. There was good facilities in the room. Communication was really good too.

A well priced room, access to real ales and fresh food and walking distance to many attractions + I am always looking for a safe place To sleep, within reasonable distance of attractions of interest. I have found a gem that I don’t want to tell you about. It has 16 cask ales and you could play beer bingo. It has a “hatch” to the Mexican restaurant next door and you can order their food. The room is clean, tidy and functional.

Should not be available for bookings. It is awful. + Location − Damp smelly room, with no hot water. Cracked wash basin, some facilities not working, spiders on the ceiling, long climb up stairs with luggage and no lift. No staff and no response to messages. Parking is not onsite, it is close by, but by the time we told this we had already paid for street parking as there were no staff there at the time to communicate with.

Cold and disapointing. + Location bc was good − There was no hot water for the duration of my stay. I raised this on several occasions and little was done to sort it out. Disappointed

+ Lovely room, very clean and nice pub with a good selection of drinks. − Very small bathroom.

+ I LOVED how utterly gorgeous this room was. I was ecstatic to find a four poster (which was so comfortable- I struggle to sleep in hotel rooms but I slept so well) in my room. Beautifully laid out, loads of space to move about in. I will definitely be back, for longer this time! − Few little minor DIY jobs needing to be done but nothing that ruins the experience
