Poor stay I will never book there again − Having to share bathroom with other people we ran out of hot water because we were using the bathroom with other 2 ladies

+ Nothing − Rooms are smelling cigarettes like is a fragrance, staff members don't know what hospitality is. Reported no hot water from the shower, they send someone who just come, no greeting, just touches there and there and goes without any update, and still water was still cold

Please insert heaters, and two blankets in each room. Privacy is very important. + There was no noise. There was peace. − The facility was not clean. The drawers, inside wardrobe, and the fact that the stuff had to come to my room without knocking. And again they told me that I booked for a day, whereas I booked for two days. There was no heater. After they give us one light blanket.

False advirtising + Close proximity to Menlyn Mall − The images and the actual place were very different. I booked a room where I had a shower or some level of privacy. Instead I was sharing everything, which was not what I paid for. If I had known how it was going to be I wouldve stayed at another location.

Did not enjoy it. + we didnt eat breakfast . not the greatest locaiton but safe − the next door neighbour you could hear everything I was there with my kids and the lady next door DURING THE DAY had sex and we could hear everything. Loud music downstairs. We didnt feel safe or welcome with our kids.
