+ I had a peace of mind in my room − The tap for my room shower was broken,it needs to be fixed.I was struggling to use it for warm water.

+ She was welcoming. The bed was comfortable − The door lock was not working outside They fix the shower tap was falling down There was no hand soap in the bathroom and liquid sunlight in the kitchen. No lid in the sugar basin

+ Our Unit was very neat, cosy and comfortable − These are just areas for improvement : Window pane repairs to the toilet window. Installing the light cover over the shower light. There was no hot water during the night & the next morning & the sliding door lock did not work properly...🙏🙏

− What I saw at the pictures was totally different to I was experienced, which made me so disappointed. The bathroom lights were not working, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the room looked a bit old. Ladies used to come clean the room but never change the sheets and blankets. The room is close to the kitchen. During Christmas Eve, we slept very late because of the noise coming from the kitchen. The place is far from the shops and hade to drive through the bush to get to the shops.

Top Hill Farm is a no go area + Pictures can be deceiving, I did not like anytging about the place when i got there. − 1. It's not easy to get there, there are no boards for directions. 2. At check-in time the room was not readily available, we had to sit outside and wait. 3. Inside the house there was a bad smell. 4. The shower was broken, after raising that complaint we were told to bath in another room next door, meaning we were going outside just to bath during the entire stay. We complained about that, the owner said we were supposed to book on a very expensive accommodation if our expectations are this high. 5. Water from the taps was contaminated (brown in colour). 6. There was only 1 plug working. 7. We were able to watch only SABC 1,2, 3 and E..... No DSTV and those channels weren't clear. 8. There is no parking. I can write a paragraph about TOP HILL FARM, but im gonna stop here and all i can say is: if you respect yourself please do go there.

Fraudulent, unsafe and deceiving property/accommodation stealing peoples money + Absolutely nothing we had to leave upon arrival because the property was unkept, unsafe and not what was portrayed on bookings.com This is a fraudulent scheme of stealing from innocent people looking for holiday accommodation. I want my refund as this place was uninhabitable. Booking.com as the agent should ensure this property gives me my money back and remove them from their data base. An agent should be sent to see for themselves the condition of this derelict place and the vagabonds that run the place. − Everything was terrible, the bed was broken, the drawers, the water was smelling and dirty brown coming out the taps very unsanitary, al the windows did not close or lock this is a major safety hazard as anyone could enter the room. There was no door on the bathroom and cockroaches running around. The TV was broken. There were big rabid dogs next to the room making noise. There was sewer smells all ov…

It was not what i thought it would be + It was peaceful no noise − There was no place to cook, no toilet rolls, no soap and we ran out of water which was unhygienic.
