Decent for the budget price and great location! + Few spacious rooms. Right next to Iron Hill. Room was decent, but the facilities were just passable. Room was facing the Iron Hill brewery, which is a great hangout place. − The room had a bit of dust and some flooring was old. Needs some renovation of bath fittings.

Will choose this property for personal convenience but disagree to the money value. + Location was good as I was to attend a summit in Radisson Blu next campus. Rest everything turns bad. − Hygiene, Safety, Availability.

Very poor + Nothing − Lift was not working, room wasn't cleaned even single time during 3 nights stay. Dirty plates after breakfast was still next to the door till next morning. Bedsheets was damaged, no hot water. And buffet photos on Booking.com is completely cheating. No buffet is there. Metal sheets made room with wooden branches on the rooftop. Everyday breakfast was roti or plain dosa with dal. Even chai and coffee was not didn't provided 2 times.

The Hotel stay was a total waste of money. It was a hell + Sorry to infor you that this Hotel is very old with broken toilets, doors, no water coming from pipes, we had to go out for washing purpose. All doors (including Rooms) are broken. It is like a hell when entering the hotel. The Hotel is not mentioned correctly. The Hotel name is not Treebo, we had to give Rs.300 to taka Cab. We had our dropping point infront of the Hotel. But this Taxi people they dont know the name Treebo. The actual name is something else. I called the reception guy several times. He did not give me proper name of the Hotel. Some people inside the Hotel behaved like Criminals. The money we spent was a total waste − Very, very bad people at the Hotel

+ Rest room were not clean − At the last minute,, they said my room booked is cancelled..(even though I paid half of the amount as advance earlier)and they have upgraded room and charged extra... That upgraded room was also horrible... Since the informed at last minute I have no other option other than accepting their condition

+ Nothing − I recently stayed at your property and had a very disappointing and unhealthy experience. The room was extremely unclean from the moment I checked in. The bedsheets were dirty, stained, and clearly not changed, and the replacement sheets offered were also dusty and dull. The bathroom was unhygienic, and basic toiletries—including even a tissue roll—were not provided. The overall condition of the room was extremely poor: the bed was broken, dust was everywhere, and the entire space felt very neglected. Because of this, I actually fell sick during my stay. I had booked for two days but had to leave the property at midnight (12:30 AM) because the hygiene conditions were unbearable and unsafe. This is completely unacceptable for any guest accommodation. Whoever is responsible for maintaining this property seriously needs to improve the cleanliness and basic standards immediately. Even after complaining one room with taps leakage they changed the room even there is the pipeline issue literally ee st + Nothing i liked about it,I just regret booking the property. − There is no proper electricity literally we stayed for almost 2 day and half of the time there no electricity and even without electricity its too hot plus there is no hot water no proper pipeline facilities literally few times no water in the washroom and at night it felt so scary that they bang on the doors multiple times plus no electricity it felt so un safe.
