Bad + i hate helios management and staff cause i have booked and paid by mastercars and confirmed by helios but when we arrived, the family room reserved have been given to other's guests...i will never believe helios even they gave my money back. we were so tored when arriving in helios and wanted to relax quickly but we can not!! − i will never book this hotel

Passable + Easy access from train station. − It was noisy in evening from traing gym.

horrible + The room is big for family guest − toilet is not clean, the door unable to mlock it, the piping for toilet bowl need repair, a ,lot of coackroch, and overall toilet is in bad state , smelly and the whole room look like not been clean and use for months!!!!

Awful + Cheap − Bedding is a blanket and torn sheets. Sheets have stains in them. The room smells weird. The walls and floor in the bathroom look like they haven’t been cleaned since the day they opened. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work, only other outlet is used by the tv. Therefore used this outlet but as it is high up on the wall, makes it difficult to place your devices there.

very friendly, easy to reach and nice ambience + It was easy to reach, very clean, and the crew was super friendly. The proximity to the train station and good restaurants is perfect.

Gym is great. + Gym is great and staffs are friendly. − Restaurant close very early. Internet in room not very good.

Je ne recommande pas. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel. − Un hôtel où les draps ne sont pas changés entre les clients. Les lits pas fait correctement. Les draps et serviettes avec des traces très douteuses. Des cendriers qui débordent dans les couloirs. Sans parler du ménage. J’ai fait des hôtels en Afrique pour moins chère et beaucoup mieux.

Gehorig Hotel. Slechte nachtrust. + Ontbijt was goed. Dakterras prima. Gym tegenover was fijn. − Te kleine douche/wc. Geen daglicht op kamer. Erg gehorig. Overlast van luid pratende en rokende medegasten tot ver na twaalven. Om 5 uur weer overlast door spontaan zingende gasten. Kortom zeer gehorige gebouw en overlast gevende medegasten.

Not recommended + De porties hielden het verkeer tegen als je met een auto aankwam of weg ging. Mooi aquarium. − We hadden speciaal voor 1 nacht deze genomen om ook te kunnen trainen. Eenmaal aangekomen meteen aan de receptie gevraagd tot hoelaat het open was. Meneer zegt 9 pm. Wij denken mooi. Willen om 5 pm gaan sporten blijken ze gesloten te zijn. Heel misleiden dit. Het dekbed had allemaal vlekken erin zitten. De badkamer stonk super erg en er lagen nog zwarte lange haren in het putje.(Mijn vriend is kaal en ik ben blond dus 100% niet van ons) Eenmaal de volgende ochtend uitgecheckt liep er echt een rat van de grote van een kat langs de receptie. Iehhl, ik was blij dat ik daar weg was. Ik raad dit hotel af.

A very good hotel in the Mt Bromo region. + A comfortable & conveniently located hotel. Helios Tours great to get us to MT Bromo. Farrel, on reception was especially helpful.
