+ Very dated room.Small and in need of modernising. Parking used to be free now £5 a night so over £100 with no breakfast.No glasses in the bathroom which was tiny. Could go on.

+ The staff was very friendly and our room was ready before our check in time. Nice little room and was neat and tidy. The bathroom was quite small and unfortunately the gliding room of the shower cubicle was broken. The bathroom was all wet after we had a shower. Very convenient to city centre and the coast.

+ The room was spot on. Clean. The bed was so comfy. All fresh linen and soft towels. Only had the room for one night but,would book for longer next time. Really friendly staff.

+ I had a great time staying at the Winchmore, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also really convenient as it’s close to the beach, train station and town centre. I would definitely stay here again

+ For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.

Bank holiday break + Couple of days in great hotel. Very clean and friendly with good food, value for money bar and in a fabulous location. Car park at rear and spot can be reserved. What more can you ask. What
