Disappointing + The location is great. This is the only consolation I have for having paid so much for the space. Please give nice smelling and good quality bedsheets. When people are tired, a good clean and comfortable bed is greatly appreciated. The bedsheets feel like plastic. The owner is earning much from his property and good bedsheets don't cost too much to be asking for it. The kitchen cupboards are so old and the electrical wiring are dangling over the cupboards and it makes us feel creepy instead of giving a comfortable homely feeling − Please give the kitchen a nice fresh feeling. Electrical wiring in the kitchen should be improved. Sitting room should have more chairs or sofas for comfort of your occupants. We had to resort to sitting on the floor. There are some good points though : The air conditioning in all the rooms were great. The hot water and the toilets are good too The apartment is quiet and peaceful.

Acceptable stay + Didnt get the apartment that i paid for due to some issues with the house. Was provided an upgrade but apartment seems acceptable. Some things are worn out. Not for fussies. Enjoyed the pool, great to have the washing machine plus dryer. Wish for it to be cleaner cause there are some hairs found on the floor and toilet.

so so only. + Hotel location is good easy access to shops around the area. checkin was good and easy, utensils, towel, drinking water and snacks were provided, wifi was good. − Parking was horrible and a nightmare, crazy... Unit was also old, 2 of the rooms aircon and hall remote was not working, shower head was also not working, TV only for video games.

Just so so. Prefer if the access was easier and the have proper door security system + The rooms were good. The whole house was clean and nice. − excess to the said U it was very confusing and the main door, the lock seems to me malfunctioning. It looks like someone has forced open it.

− Several issues / complaints including the following: 1. foul smell from the toilet drainage in the master bedroom can be smelled from the bedroom, and making sleep feels uncomfortable 2. the airconditioning in the bedroom is not properly maintained, and not cool enough 3. the lighting at the kitchen area is not functioning properly, and makes it hard to use the kitchen area 4. no lights at the laundry area, and it is totally dark 5. foul smell from the toilet drainage near the living room
