Disappointing + The hotel ambience and staff attitude − As mentioned in the online portal the river view premium room and it was very disappointing when we saw the river is dry with no water and no other happenings in the hotel . Some maintenance work is to be done , calling bell is not working, the door locks are not in good shape , the tv is very small and kept very far , lunch food was not up to the mark . Breakfast was good , great property but really looked into some details that really make a change , I am from the same industry that's why putting this comment is not to complain but to improve and give value for money to the guests who are staying. The staff attitude was really good and lucky to get the staff like this especially the person who escorted me to the room i forgot his name , he is from assam. Thanks to him.

Go for the view and don’t expect much + The view and the pool are the only good things about this property. − For the price we paid, the overall experience fell significantly short. The food was subpar and most dishes felt either undercooked or overcooked. The customer service didn’t meet the standards we expected. Although the staff was friendly and the people were pleasant, they were clearly undertrained.

Could have been great but misses out on a couple of important elements + Excellent location, fantastic views and superb star ( friendly and helpful) − Restaurant ( food options and taste) . Rooms while decent may not match the price. Photos and website oversells the place and kind of setting up itself for disappointment
