An enchanting Cotswolds escape with exceptional hospitality. + Pytts House is truly magical. The house is full of character, beautiful antiques and thoughtful details, while the garden is stunning. The breakfast was excellent and Anna, the host, was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the most charming places we have stayed in the Cotswolds. − Nothing – we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful , relaxing setting, but within a short stroll into Burford Fabulous breakfast , enjoyed on the fabulous terrace. A Wonderful Stay with Superb Hospitality + We had a lovely stay at Pytts House. The property itself is a beautiful, interesting old building packed with character, and our room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and very well-appointed. The real highlight, however, is the owner, Anna. She is an exceptional host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome without ever being intrusive. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality really set this place apart. She also serves a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast in the morning that gave us the perfect start to the day. An extra, delightful touch was meeting her four little dogs. They act as her charming four-legged assistants and add a wonderfully unique, homely feel to the entire experience. If you appreciate historic charm, great rooms, excellent food, and top-tier hosting, Pytts House is a fantastic choice. We would gladly stay here again. — Kerry and Neil − No issues at all

+ Wir sind von Anna sehr liebevoll in Empfang genommen worden. Dieses ältere traumhaft schöne Haus ist mit so viel Liebe und Charm von Anna eingerichtet worden so dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Anna geht sehr auf persönliche Wünsche ein. Für einen privaten Anlass organisierte sie neben einem wunderbaren Frühstück einen tollen Blumenstrauß. Die Ausflugsziele und Restaurant Tipps von Anna waren großartig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Exceptional venue and host in a great location for exploring the Cotswolds or just the Burford area + If you are looking for high quality accomodation in the Burford area, with lots of character and an amazing host, you should seriously consider staying at Pytts House Boutique Bed and Breakfast. It is a truly wonderful experience and it's a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds or simply for visiting Burford and its surrounding area. As it was our wedding anniversary weekend, I decided to book the King Suite with Balcony for 3 nights in mid July and my wife and I were absolutely delighted with this choice. The house dates from the 16th century and retains many of the original features. It is full of character, beautiful antiques and thoughtful details but also has the important modern essentials. It has 3 "special" bedrooms. Our room was large, had good hanging and storage space plus chairs and a stylish desk unit. The bed was large, comfortable and we were provided with 6 pillows.…

An absolutely amazing stay!! + We stayed as a family of 4( in 2 rooms) towards the end of July. We had a wonderful time. Anna was a great host. The rooms were excellent. Spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast prepared by Anna was extremely delicious. Will definitely go back sometime soon.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a delightful place, with Anna who was such a warm and friendly host. + Breakfast was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and a real treat! The location was perfect; such a pretty house, decorated with great style and Anna was a superb host. She was friendly, so welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much indeed.
