Super aardige host, mooie locatie en alles was echt super schoon. We hebben maar een nachtje gehad hier maar het was mee + Klassieke op een goede manier ouderwetse locatie. − We hebben geen warm water uit de douche kunnen krijgen. Serieus lang gewacht ( twee volledige douchebeurten), maar het water bleef lauw / koud.

Tappa a Montepulciano + La posizione, la comodità del parcheggio fuori dalla struttura (strisce blu), la presenza di un parchetto per il mio cane a pochi passi, ma soprattutto la gentilezza di tutto lo staff che ci ha accolto e fatto sentire subito a casa. Soprattutto al nostro Tony che è stato super coccolato, con tanto di cuccia e premietti in camera. − Se proprio devo indicare un difetto, direi le scale per raggiungere la camera che erano un po’ strette. Ma nelle case d’epoca è inevitabile.

+ Stanza pulita comoda fresca bella anche la vista posizione ottima vicina al centro storico pero fuori dalla ztl e vicinissima ad un parcheggio gratuito comodissimo la colazione ottima e servita al tavolo la signora gentilissima e super disponibile lo consiglio − Sinceramente nulla

+ Bella struttura in ottima posizione, comoda per visitare Montepulciano anche a piedi. La camera è piacevole, accogliente e ben curata. Una nota particolarmente positiva va all’host, molto ospitale, disponibile e gentile. Soluzione consigliata per chi cerca un punto d’appoggio piacevole per visitare Montepulciano, senza aspettarsi particolari servizi aggiuntivi.

Disponibilità, cortesia, pulizia e frutta fresca + La frutta fresca per colazione il non plus ultra (fichi freschi buonissimi e non solo). Posizione comoda (situato a poche centinaia di metri dalla porta d'ingresso di Montepulciano). Pulizia della stanza impeccabile. Gestione di allergie e intolleranze con massima attenzione. Disponibilità e cordialità dello staff, che ci ha permesso anche di gestire anche un problema con la colazione di una persona non ospitata presso la struttura. − Purtroppo c'è stato un inconveniente con la doccia, che mi impedisce di dare il massimo punteggio su tutto e che ha procurato qualche disagio. Un suggerimento: oltre la frutta fresca e i classici (caffè, cappuccino, ecc.), per colazione c'erano parecchi prodotti confezionati (anche se nel mio caso necessari per gestire le mie allergie) che avrei evitato, vista la presenza di prodotti freschi nel locale colazione anche salati (è un'enoteca ristorante, quindi pane, salumi e formaggi).

Ein hübsches Zimmer, aber leider zu wenig Komfort + Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin und ein hübsches, altmodisches Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht. − Der Abfluss im Bad lief nicht richtig ab und auch die Klospülung machte Probleme. Solche Schwierigkeiten stören den Gesamteindruck. Außerdem liegt das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Location mit sehr nettem Personal. Für eine Nacht war es durchaus ok. + Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber − Extrem hellhörig, wir hatten Zimmernachbarn, welche stundenlang lautstark telefonierten und auf Absätzen herumstöckelten. Als der Nachbar in der Nacht schnarchte und am frühen Morgen zum Gottserbarmen hustete, tönte es, als sei er in unserem Zimmer.
