Well-maintained property in a great spot. + This is a sensational location. The staff has the automated key system down very well. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly, and the bed was clean and comfortable. − The only issue I had was no hot water in the morning.

Comfortable and nice stay in the best location for a quite resonable price. + The location is the best. In the center of Playa del Carmen; very near the beaches, ferry, bus station, and restaurants. And one perfect block away, so it´s quiet and calm. Big nice room, with good AC and fridge. − A micro owen, not just stove, would be practical. I don´t mind some stairs, but if you need an elevator there is none.

Should be less expensive + It's not a hotel, it's just a building. You have to let the owner know you're coming in advance so he can bring you the keys. The location seems good. − The rooms are fine, but I don't think they're worth what I paid. The rooms are kind of clean, weak water pressure, and hair and other objects in the sink drain. Plus, the owner refused my cancellation of one of the rooms. It would have been a bit kinder if he allowed the cancellation.

Exceptional + Excellent service, Alberto goes the extra mile to help your stay be easy, location is great!!!only 32 min walk from the airport less than 5 mins to ferry! In the heart of some night out places. − It is not a quiet area if you are a light sleeper, but if you get tired you will be sleeping like a baby. The apartment has normal wear and tear, but I bet that will be taken care

+ Loved the close proximity to all of the fun. Small little place but everything u for a week stay.

+ The location was great. − No water provided. At least a bottle would have been nice No sign of the place so spent a lot of time looking for it. Had to phone the owner who was great in providing the info but would have been nice to know in advance A coffee pot would also have beeen nice. The music from a bar kept us up a good part of the night.

+ The room was small, and there are updating needs/fixture fixing or replacing. The water doesn’t get hot and takes a while to get warm and you can only flush the toilet every 30 min or so. HOWEVER, it made for a memorable trip, the staff are wonderful, and I would absolutely stay here again! The location is perfect for downtown adventures! Beautiful
