One night stop over on way home, will use again next time we venture South. + Interesting property. Sympathetic conversion to Hotel whilst preserving the features of the building. − In common with most Hotels it's missing a lounge area.

A beautiful, characterful hotel in a lovely setting, with friendly staff and a great breakfast, but + A beautiful hotel full of character, set in a lovely location and within easy driving distance of Great Malvern. There was a great choice of breakfast options, and most of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience was let down slightly by one particularly rude housekeeper. (We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights 19-23 August not 1 night as shown) − We wasted quite a lot of time dealing with a faulty safety deposit box and a room phone that wasn’t working. There was also no Wi-Fi connection in the room for one of the days of our stay, which was inconvenient
