Lee place + Apartment clean. Car park. − Very dim lobby, corridor. Environment of condo pretty old. But room was good.

Poor + Beddings and towels are clean. Room looks safe with locks. Parking within facility. WiFi is workable. − While beddings and towels are clean but the rest of the room feels dirty (especially the bathroom is full of hairs and has cockroaches). Room and the building is clearly not well maintained. WiFi signal is low and Internet connection is slow but okay enough for video call (6 Mbps download / 9 Mbps upload). Lights are very dim.

Bad + The only good part I liked was the company of my girlfriend − It was my first hotel after landing in Bangkok from Australia. I couldnt beleive my eyes when we checked in. They checked us into room that looked abandoned for the past 6 months. Bird crap on the floor, plaster powder, the beds were not made just mattresses in both rooms. The curtains were not on the window one was scrunched up on the bed and one was sitting on the couch, the fridge was not on, the toilet had diahreea and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The staff did change rooms for us as I told them I want to cancel my booking, for the price and location I'd 100% not stay here again. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that
