Great stay again. + Second time staying here and it was great as the last. Great size of room and bed, very comfortable. Locker with lock provided. Lovely shower and bathroom facilities, was also clean. Common room and kitchen also great, although didn't use it this time. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if ever in Zagreb.

+ Great hostel, kitchen available, nice activities, lovely place to meet some new people − One of the people I met had someone in the room who jerked himself off at night. She went to the reception to let them know and ask for another room, the reception guy said there are rules but some people don’t comply with them and that there’s nothing he could do about the guy. The girl got a different woman only room though. Kitchen missed some essentials (scissors, cutting board, …)

Emplacement parfait, le reste est à revoir... + L'emplacement est idéal. − Les lits ne sont pas des plus confortables et les draps sont plus en carton qu'en coton... Il y a 2 douches et 2 WC pour l'ensemble des clientes de l'hostel donc il ne faut pas être pressé.

+ Die Unterkunft ist sehr Central. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt sogar Vorhänge.

+ The things I liked most were the location, which was absolutely excellent, and the staff, who were very kind and helpful. − Cleanliness is very important to me, and unfortunately this was the main issue during my stay. Even the inside of the storage cabinet was dirty, with stains that looked like food or spilled liquid. The shower cabin was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet doors had such large gaps that privacy was limited. The shower hose was very short and appeared damaged, making it difficult to use comfortably. The shared kitchen had a very strong unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to spend time there. Some of the furniture also had an odor that suggested it needed deeper cleaning. I understand that standards can vary, but in my experience, the level of cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Improving hygiene, maintenance, and privacy would greatly enhance the guest experience.
