My overall experience is not as expected because comfort was compromised + Unit is spacious and can accommodate a large crowd. You can access Netflix and Youtube via the TV in the hall − Sliding door in the second floor room cannot be shut tight allowing mosquitoes to intrude. Aircond in the same room was not cooling enough. Water pressure was extremely poor. Cooking was not allowed.

Good − For the homestay,Rating 7/10. Everything is ok, just the management arrangement need to be improved. Booking .com said can call the number if any inquiry , but when I call the PIC,he just told me that his team will contact me on actual day. Not really can answer my questions and his attitude is abit rude .

Host is not kind and they will spam you approximately 40 times if things don’t go their way + Nothing much other than the location − The fact that the property wasn’t cleaned when we got there and had to wait an additional 2 hours. The pressure pump stopped working at midnight so we had no water till 5am when most of us were still awake

Superb + nice place to stay with family. very clean and comfortable. all visiting places are nearby with homestay. very kind host who responds quickly for our enquiries. sure will book for next visit. tq and love it − a bit dissappoint with water supply. but they have solution for that too.

End up with disappointment. + Huge space to accommodate our team up 17 peoples but lack of chairs which makes some have to stand while we are gathered at the dining area. Plenty parking available by the road side − Cleanliness =Smirch cup even those kept inside the drawer, no dish washer liquid being provided Safety = 1)The window doesn't have handle lock , someone can get into the premise from outside easily. We noticed this late at night so decided not to disturb the management. 2) Slippery floor , not suitable for elderly. Slippery and tiny door mat in front of bathroom. Watery shower gel & shampoo. Advise to check the entire house upside down upon check in including the HIDDEN PART of bed sheet, blanket , pillow case to avoid your deposit paid being FORFEITED. p/s Door lock is likely to damage at first floor share bathroom's & the toilet bowl was not clean. There were many serious cleanliness and facility problems during our stay. • The air conditioner in the room could not be turned on. • The drawers in the bathroom were extremely dirty. • The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. • The bathroom walls were rusty and very dirty. • The TV could not be turned on. • There was no Wi-Fi available. • The floor was sticky when we walked into the room. • The bedsheets were very dirty, and we suspected that there were dust mites. On the second day, we experienced itching all over our bodies. • The walls were also very dirty and covered with stains. • Even the cleaning cloth used to wipe the table was black and extremely dirty. • The refrigerator was not working. What is even more disappointing is that we already made a complaint, but received absolutely no response or assistance from the management
