Top Hotel - Personal nicht 5 Sterne like + Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Ausstattung und der Style hat sehr gefallen. Es fehlt an nichts, Zimmerservice stimmt auch. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön. Auch ein Zimmer mit „nur“ Stadtblick kann man empfehlen. − Leider war das Personal zum grössten Teil mit egal was man gefragt oder gewünscht hat überfordert, beim Check in und Check out gar unhöflich. Schade, denn das wertet den ganzen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Hotel.

Supertolles Hotel mit kleinen und einfach zu realisierenden Verbesserungsvorschlägen. + Lage, Pool, Frühstück, bequemes Bett, Spa, Tiefgarage, Sportangebot, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis 19 Uhr bleiben durften inkl. Wellness und Tiefgarage, Urlaubsfeeling, kuschelige Bademäntel, dass ich an der Rezeption Pröbchen für die Sonnenmilch bekommen habe, weil ich meine vergessen hatte, die Haribomischung am Frühstücksbuffet, 🤭😉, die Espressomaschine auf dem Zimmer, die Minibar inklusive, der tolle Balkon mit Liege, die Aussicht vom Rooftop Pool in den Hafen von Konstanz. − Die vergammelten Begrüßungspralinen auf dem Zimmer (waren schon weiß auf der Oberfläche), die unmotivierte Dame an der Rezeption bei der Begrüßung, es gab keinen Begrüßungsdrink, das gesamte Personal macht eher einen gedrückten und unmotivierten Eindruck, bis auf die Zimmermädchen, sehr sympathisch…, keine gechillte Musik im Spabereich,

Great Hotel + A beautiful hotel, located in a wonderful location over the lake. Hotel's staff were professional, sweet and really kind! Breakfast was rich, diversed and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel!

Traumhaft, jederzeit wieder. + Ein fantastisches Frühstück , einmalig. Auf einem hohen Niveau. Auch das Ophelia war ein Traum. Dieses Restaurant auf höchstem Niveau muss man mal besucht haben.

Lovely hotel. Would recommend. + Great location. Good food. − Gym was not up to standard. Very very basic, non-functioning air conditioning Some staff spent more time chatting at the bar than serving. After this was pointed out, services returned to the right level. An isolated issue.
