Nice hotel afterall. + Near to LRT MRT and Bus terminal. Conveniently located in a shop lot with several choices of restaurant and convenient store. − The window is kinda broken, I cannot open/close it. I feel a bit insecure leaving my goods inside the room when I went out.

Value for money + Surprisingly for a low cost accommodation, the room is clean and well put together. The bed is firm, the linen is clean & the towel is clean and well sized (you know how sometimes when you check into low cost budget hotel, the towel is un-useable. − Perhaps the front desk staff can be more warm & smile.
