Overall good experience + Location good. Breakfast delicious − Transport is difficult As need to depends on local cab bathroom lights were not working Room lights can be brighter

+ Breakfast − Did not offer all the facilities which were mentioned in the description, no phone, refrigerator, and towels In description it says, balcony and garden views which were not there actually. Could smell mould on entering the room, bed linen was okay, but not really clean TV was not offering any free channels or other options, therefore we ended up not watching TV Found lizard droppings in the tea/coffee making area,tea bags and coffee sachets looked old Appears too pricey for one night, considering the facilities which were not actually provided to us, price seems reasonable if those facilities were provided

Райское место + Отличный отель с великолепным расположением. Проживая 13 дней ни дня не пожалела, что выбрала его. Номера на 1 этаже чистые, большие. Кровать огромная, матрас удобный, подушки небольшие, по 2 на человека. Спалось очень хорошо. Конечно постельное белье старенькое, но чистое. Полотенца меняли по запросу. Проблем не было. Душ хороший, с горячей водой проблем не было. Ребята на ресепшене очень доброжелательные. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Ну и территория комплекса- это красота, зелень и выход к реке с великолепными видами. Один бассейн мелкий, не для купания, а второй очень приятный, чистый с хорошей глубиной. На террасе удобно и приятно сидеть До пляжа близко, пляж великолепный с Гоанскими волнами и Гоанскими закатами. Очень хороший бар Silver wawe. Вкуснейшая еда, заботливые ребята официанты, домашняя атмосфера. Ребята хорошо говорят по русски, все расскажут, помогут с экскурсииями.Там же можно обменять валюту и нал и безнал, и рубли и доллары по хорошему курсу…

+ Отдыхали в марте 2026 года . Отель выбирали исключительно по отзывам . В целом отдыхом остались довольны . Территория отеля шикарна , много зелени , все ухоженно , 2 бассейна мелкий и поглубже . Но мы в бассейне были 2 раза тк весь день на океане . Завтраки конечно однообразные , но покушать всегда найдите что . Сам отель состоит из корпуса с номерами и виллами , мы жили в номере . Номера не вау , вы должны понимать , что вы едете в Индию и это 3 звезды . Чисто , убирают каждый день и ладно ))) нам этого вполне достаточно , сам номерной фонд конечно старенький . Весь персонал приветливый , захотели переселиться в номер побольше , переселили без проблем и без доплат . Кондиционеры в номерах работают . До моря 3 минуты , расположение отеля отличное , рядом магазин , аптека и все кафешки , это центр деревни и сюда едут в магазин и кафешки даже из дорогих отелей . Магазин один на всю деревню и он рядом с отелем это большой + . Отдыхом мы остались довольны . На ГОА были первый раз . − За…

Good stay with my family + Breakfast was good. Walkable distance from the beach. Eateries and supermarket is nearby. − Had to call couple of times to turn on the DG during power cut. The other thing was the dogs at the property. Though they look friendly but they chased our kid inside

This location is very close to the beach and good restaurant around make you stay more fun and enjoying. Good property n + Good property. Maintenance is poor. − Old & broken furniture. Cockroaches and insects. Felt very unhygienic.

Huge property and beautiful gardens. + The property is spacious and beautiful! The staff are good. Jason from the restaurant was excellent! − Some fixtures in the room like bulbs were hanging out and not working.
