Very poor hotel with bad free internet + Location − We have booked the room for non smoking in high floor. But really have got dirty room on the first floor with window to corridor in front of toilet.

Bad + Nothing − The room was awful, dirty, sheets with blood drops. It looked that they never cleaned the toilet properly. The worst experience ever. We received a room in the nuance and there was noise all the time.

Tiptop hotel services. Only main concern is the location is far from the mainroad + 1. 24hrs receiption where they accept me for the late check in. 2. Good receiptionists. 3. Eventho no luggage trolley for the guest but they provide an assistance to pick my items from the room to the entrance area. 4. In-house spa and massage (chargeable). Simply booked thru the receiptionist and they will be just simply go to your room for the massage. Welldone! − The hotel is located in the center of Jakarta. However to go there, require to use the small road which I felt quite inconvenience and always turn around. Most of the drivers also unaware of the hotel which they have to just follow the google map/waze apps and the location is quite far from the mainroad perhaps.

+ It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this hotel but in the end after one night I hated it so much I checked out early and moved to another hotel. Ultimately, my room was on the ground floor and I felt very unsafe. There is no chain on the inside of the door for peace of mind. There is a LOT of noise from outside as well as inside the hotel. The location is in quite a low economic neighbourhood and after being followed back to the hotel I felt really vulnerable. I didn’t see any other tourists around during the time I was in the area. Additionally, the room itself wasn’t clean. The sheets smelled of damp. There was mould in the shower. The floor turned my socks black. No soap was provided. To be fair, I didn’t share my feedback with the hotel or give them the opportunity to fix anything because I would never have felt safe there due to my own insecurities. I didn’t sleep at all on the first night and that was enough to tell me I needed to move.

Nice but not that nice, okay-ish. + The interior was nice, AC work properly, nice staff, restaurant on rooftop was the best. ITS in the middle of the city, 17 minutes walk away from LRT Rasuna. − The only reason why i staying in this hotel because offer the cheapest hotel with fitness facility on the Middle of the City, thats my idea when using filter, however, its run down, super dark, not up to a standard, the photos look pretty but strong smells from cat urine is another reason why this is a total failure, so many ants, and its another slum area on the neighborhood.

Never stay here + Nothing − It stank of smoke the sheets were dirty even after I arrived at 8pm the room dirty the new sheets they put on the bed were dirty I ended up checking out at 1am very very very bad
