Exceptional + It's really in the middle of the jungle. We were not in the main Building but It was great anyway − We stay too few time :(

Very good + Considering the location, it was a very nice, comfortable resort that does not feel like you are really in the outskirts.

Good + Perfect hotel and resort. Nice place to walk and take pictures. − Our rooms were away from reception. It was difficult to go there because we were waiting for the shuttle car. The room was full of humidity. They told us that we had paid for cheap rooms.

I just way too expensive for what they were giving you think the resort was just more interested in coming there costs a + Property was beautiful location. Nice bit noisy view was good it is bit expensive not a big choice of food when we got there. Will told our room was five minutes down the road in the car. Not very happy with that whatsoever. Had to pay extra to stay in the actual resort so we could walk to the swimming pool. No Wi-Fi TV doesn’t work. The food was shocking − Property was nice, but very sterile atmosphere or show no go

Hôtel magnifique mais organisation problématique (manque de conseil, perte de temps) + Hôtel magnifique − Temps perdu et manque d’infos. 1h à chaque fois pour avoir la voiturette pour passer des chambres à l’hôtel (restau, piscine…). N’oubliez rien quand vous partez!

Schönes Hotel, schlecht geführt + Sehr schöne Lage mitten im Jungle. Schöne Hotelanlage und Pool. Grosses Zimmer und gute Ausstattung. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. − Beim Frühstück extrem kleine Auswahl. Geschirr nicht sauber und überall Insekten beim Buffet. Lange Wartezeiten für Essen, obwohl fast keine anderen Gäste da waren. Bettlaken war nicht sauber.

+ Als Ausgangspunkt für die Ijen Wanderung unschlagbar. Der Infinity Pool ist der Hammer. Die ganze Einrichtung des Hotels sehr kunstvoll. Ein echter Geheimtipp.

+ 这非常适合从巴厘岛到火山的旅程，到火山只需要30分钟车程，酒店远望周边都是茂盛的椰子树，房间很大，床也很舒适 − 1 早餐很一般 2 虽然房间很大，但房间一些小的设施维护的也很一般，3，去之前，给酒店发信息，发e-mail完全无回复，直接或间接找BOOKing客服也完全无法沟通，但前台工作人员却有一口流利的英语，让人觉得割裂感很强

Ottima struttura di qualità immersa nel verde + Struttura molto bella immersa nel verde e in una zona totalmente tranquilla con viste mozzafiato − Costo eccessivo per la media indonesiana, sopratutto perché non la più vicina alle partenze dei trekking per Ijen (circa 25 min in auto)
