また泊まりたいです。 + 食事がとてもおいしかったです。種類がたくさんありすぎて、見ているだけでも楽しめました。 お風呂も広くて清潔感もありよかっです。 湯畑までは徒歩15分ですが、巡回バスが出ているのでとても便利です。グループホテルの湯めぐりもでき、お値段以上でした！ − 5階に宿泊したのですが、上の階が食事会場なので、足音が少し気になりましたが、食事が終われば静かなので問題ないです。

接客対応は良かったです。また泊まりたいと思います。 + 料理は種類豊富で美味しかった。 − ①一階トイレは新しく綺麗であったが、清掃クオリティーが低く感じた。宿泊した日にロビー近くの男性トイレを利用したが男子立ち便器周りの汚れ方が、前日と同じだった。 ②吸排気の汚れが施設全体的に目立ちました。 ③窓ガラスの汚れ、食堂、部屋の窓ガラスが綺麗ではなかった。

+ 食事がとても良かった − コンセントが少なかった

+ 館内全体の空調の他にエアコンもあり、部屋の温度の調節が出来てよかった。食堂が最上階にあり開放感があり見晴らしも良かった。ビュッフェも鮎の塩焼きや固形燃料で調理出来る小さな鍋もあり豪華でした。露天風呂も空の見える露天風呂で広くて良かった。以外だったのは、室内の湯船より、露天風呂のほうが湯温が高かったことです。ちょうどいい湯加減でした。サウナもありました。ホテルの立地は、湯畑から少し距離がありますが、シャトルバスもありますし、散歩がてら歩ける距離です。宿泊費としてはお値打ちだと思います。 − 洗面所の洗面台が割れていたこと。 トイレの設備が古く感じた。

+ The room's condition is pretty good and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The bathhouse is very specious and kept at very good condition. The location was pretty close to the central area but quiet. − The restaurant area is located on the 6th floor and sometimes the smell of the grill reaches the floors below which are guest rooms.
