Good experience + Potholes leading to the guesthouse. Staff were friendly.

Overall a good stay, although interrupted by staff behaviour. + Spacious room. Clean. Location was great for my needs. − The staff were extreemly noisy. I was woken at 4am by three staff members chatting outside my bedroom window! During the day cleaning staff would shout from one area to another. There was no soap in the shower, although dispensers were available.

Very Pleasant Despite Shortcomings + Great location near to town centre. Spacious and very comfortable bed. Quiet and reasonably well equipped. Very helpful and courteous staff. − The decor was an acquired taste - bright red striped furniture. Plastic covers left on the footstool and the bedside lampshades is not a good look and cheapens the room. Room advertised as having a kitchenette, but no crockery, cutlery or cooking utensils were provided although some items were given on request. Bedlinen was slightly marked and the pillow protectors should be washed as heavily stained.

+ The room and linen were clean. − The bed had a single electric blanket but the booking was made for 2 people. The room didn't have a sink, this was fine for the overnight stay but would have been a hassle for a longer stay. The aircon didn't heat up.

+ The bed − Bedding was dirty Outside it was full of leaves not cleaned up The holder that had the sugar etc in was dirty The bath was dirty dead insects lying there in the bath.

I checked out 10 minutes after checking in as the room was not what was advertised. − The room was advertised as garden view but was located in the parking lot, opening the curtain means your room is exposed to anyone in the parking lot, including the onsite builders working on the side of the room.
