Very good + Spacious house with ample rooms suitable for big group − We were welcomed with insects everywhere in the house. Could be due to the wet weather. Cleanliness could be better.

Heerlijk verblijf + Een geweldig verblijf in het drukke Bandung. Wij hebben genoten van het zeer ruime huis, het zwembad en de service. Hadden wat hulp nodig bij het boeken van de trein naar Yogjakarta en daar werd alle tijd voor genomen.

Good destination for big family holiday. Location is very near to many nice restaurants and cafe. Als not far from city + Super huge property. Ample parking space. Comfy living rooms. Clean kitchen. And many many toilets. − The queen size bed in the room next to the pool is lumpy. Makes my back ache when I wake up. The rest is good.

Home Away From Home + The whole ambience of the house was amazing. I love the way the house were designed, and how it was decorated. The size of the house can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. The location was good as there are alot of shops nearby the area. The facilities and the things provided were very thoughtful. Communication has been smooth from the start, and the staffs were friendly, and accommodating. − I came with 5 families with children. Although there were 7 rooms, not everyone were able to sleep comfortably in the room as some rooms have single bed only. Thus, some familes had to squeeze on the single bed, or resulting in sleeping on the couch. That aside, not all rooms has aircon. While aircon blowers were provided, feedback by my families was that the sound can be quite loud at night. Therefore, some of them wouldn't sleep well due to the noise on the first night, and switching off the blower on the following night.

It’s too bad the owners haven’t kept up with maintenance as it’s a beautiful villa in a great location but would not adv + Great location, close to busy street but far enough (5min walk) for not hearing any street noise. Spacious villa, large bedrooms with most en-suite bathrooms. Private swimming pool, ‘gym’ (treadmill) and great view from upstairs. Staff was helpful when we had any questions/ complaints. − Hygiene! Dirty bed sheets (1 with mold). Even after changing to new sheets, still stains on the sheets. Bathrooms not very clean. No knives, only 3 drink glasses. Was not able to serve breakfast to full group (14). Included breakfast consisted of 2 bread and 1 peanut butter and 1 Nutella jar (small). Sofa in living room full of stains, could be used as sleeping sofa - would not sleep on it….

+ Locatie is perfect. Erg mooi architectuur. Erg groot huis, veel ruimte. Duidelijke communicatie met host − Erg groot huis wat achterloopt in onderhoud. Veel apparatuur deed het niet, maar je eet toch buitenhuis. Zwembad is niet zo blauw als op de foto.
