Unforgettable stay in Bali! + My stay at this villa in Bali was nothing short of amazing! The property itself is breathtaking, with stunning views and beautifully designed interiors that offer a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. What truly set this place apart was the incredible hospitality. The owner Mr. Katut was exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The staff were equally outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any requests. They made us feel right at home, and their warmth added so much to the experience. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Bali! The only challenge is the narrow street leading to the villa, but just make sure to contact the staff for assistance, they are very helpful.

could have been perfect but for poor building management + 1) the layout of the property, 2) the view outside, 3) the private swimming pool, 4) the friendly staff. − One of the rooms had a leaking roof and as we had a few rainy days while we there, the floor in the room was often wet and slippery. We informed the owner who got the staff mop up the floor but did not fix the leak.

We had a fantastic first Bali holiday in the most perfect place + Spacious for our family of 7 and very private with stunning views Pool was amazing and clean Staff were so friendly and easily contactable Breakfast included every morning was delicious Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean

Fantastic hosts, great location, super pool and good facilities - would stay again..... + Good selection of breakfast option as standard, there where also additional extras for a small fee which was helpful given our group consisted of three generations with differing tastes but plenty fresh fruit, French Toast etc. Moreover the breakfast always arrived at time requested which was helpful. Great room set ups (including mosquito nets for the bed) and good air conditioning plus our hosts were excellent and very supportive/helpful. Kids loved the pool area plus the Wi-Fi worked well. − Only minor points really: would have been useful to to have some hooks on the wall in the dressing room for cloths etc. Plus there were a few little DIY style jobs that needed doing but nothing that distracted from our say at all.

Was good value for money however could do with refuted. Staff were great when needed. No tvs at all. No common lounge re + The property itself was very big and comfortable. − I didn’t like how there were four different wings (rooms) that were all separated and could only be locked by padlock. Would be fine if went with all adults, however had children in other rooms and wasn’t comfortable with them being so far away and didn’t lock door as could only lock from inside (so I couldn’t get in to check on them) or outside so they couldn’t get out if needed.
