Wonderful + I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. I visited last year as well, and it’s clear that many upgrades have been made since then. The property is beautifully maintained, and everything feels fresh and clean. The staff made my stay unforgettable—everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. If you’re looking for a peaceful part of Bali, this place is perfect. It’s quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Bali. 🌸🌸😊

Lovely atmosphere and great value for money :) + Super quiet place and the staff were all super polite. It was very lush and green, with a nice infinity pool overlooking the beach. − The place is a little worn down but currently getting many renovations. We had an issue with our sink and aircon in the room but the staff had it fixed essentially that day. Note however the description here on booking.com mentions 2 restaurants at the property however this is not the case. The staff can order you lunch and dinner only until 6pm from the Warung next door, besides that my partner and I had to go source dinner elsewhere, it was not to hard terrible as there was Warung Chic 5 minutes up the road to walk but note there are limited Gojek services in the area and aren’t available after 5pm ish. We mostly resorted to Warung Chic due to this. If you want to have dinner elsewhere I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around.

If you want to experience authentic Bali, stay here!!! + This is REAL Bali! The gardens, coconut trees and the ocean at your door! Great retreat space for our team. Highly recommend this for corporate events, group activities and retreats. The bungalows and villas have all been upgraded and the staff are super friendly and helpful!!

What started as a work trip turned into one of the most peaceful stays I've had. + The breathtaking oceanfront location was easily my favorite part. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, spacious rooms, and stunning sea views from almost every corner. I also loved how peaceful and uncrowded it felt. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and truly disconnect. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was something I'll never forget. I can also see this being an amazing venue for a group retreat, whether for a team off-site, wellness retreat, or simply a getaway with friends, thanks to its spacious grounds and tranquil atmosphere.

Highly recommended! Beautiful place, friendly staff, great service, and amazing massages. Perfect for a relaxing vacatio + We had an amazing vacation! The villa was quiet, peaceful, and very beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the private beach was perfect. The STAFF were so friendly and always helped us right away with anything we needed. Thanks a lot ! The breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the fresh juice (coconut) every morning. It really felt like a little paradise by the ocean. The village itself isn't very clean, but as soon as you enter the hotel with our villas, it feels like a completely different world. I also highly recommend getting a massage at the hotel —very relaxing and truly professional. 300 meters to the right, you'll find a café serving European food. About 200 meters to the left, there's a kebab place. The Water Palace is about a 20-minute walk from the villa. + ничего − Забронировал номер на 4 ночи, с оплатой сразу, без возврата денег. При пересадке в шанхае застрял на 5 дней из-за тайфуна Бави. Условия оплаты - предоплата и стоимость не возвращается - тут вопросов нет, я знал эти условия когда платил. Однако, когда я написал через booking, что застрял, и, может быть, возможны какие-то варианты, типа сдвинуть бронирование по датам, чтобы не потерять все, ответа меня не удостоили. Отсутствие ответа расцениваю как полное пренебрежение клиентами.

Peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable + The location & pool are fabulous right on the ocean. The garden is very nice and it is so quiet. The staff were very helpful. Thank you Nuni, Wayan & Gede!!! − The property has a nice design and really ‘good bones’ but the whole place is a bit run down and needs some serious care & maintenance. The staff do the best they can but the owner, who lives in Singapore, needs to spend some money on some upkeep. All the staff go home at night, there is no one at the property at night and the guests are left alone! There should be at least a night watchman over night in case something happens!

You have a beautiful view on top of the ocean and sleeping with the wave sound in the background is so beautiful and relaxing. − The place is a little bit dated. Not many choices close by for food, but there is a warung which is absolutely special at about 100 meters.

Last minute booking - best decision ever + We booked The Palms at the very last moment, and honestly, it turned out to be the best accommodation we had in Bali. The location is amazing - peaceful, authentic and completely away from mass tourism. It was so quiet that at times it genuinely felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and having Warung Chik within walking distance was a real bonus. You can also rent a scooter there, which makes it a perfect base for exploring the real Bali, with local villages and countryside rather than tourist crowds. If you're looking for something authentic, peaceful and a little off the beaten track, don't hesitate. We absolutely loved it. 10/10 — we would come back without hesitation. − ...that we couldn't stay longer...

Stunning, off the beaten track getaway. + The setting for the villas was amazing. Cliff side with views over the ocean. Great infinity pool and the decoration of the buildings was stunning. Staff very helpful and friendly. − Place was very remote and recommend having your own transport, they can provide scooter hire. They do provide dinner if required but very basic meals. However there was a lovely restaurant up the road with just as amazing views.
