Lovely villas for rural retreat- but not located for easy access to Ubud. + The 2 rooms downstairs have a pool which is advertised for the villas. Important - The upstairs rooms have NO ACCESS to a pool. The downstairs villa was super spacious and staff were friendly. − Location- really.out of town taxis didn't want to take you there from Ubud as an hours drive. No cafes, no shops, cannot walk into ubud absolutely nowhere to walk road narrow and congested, no footpaths The staff wonderfully dropped us off daily as no other option - it was 4km but took an hour to get there- near the ubud palace or monkey temple to.then walk on foot. No matter the time of day- gridlock into ubud from the south side. This was frustrating to be able.to even have breakfast or a coffee. So we had to go all day from 8am through.to evening ie 10pm plus the driving as 2.hours there and back you can't really make.multiple trips. Unless you're intending to just stay in villa and bring all your own food.to c…

A very clean and comfortable facility with excellent hosts. + Excellent facilities and very helpful and friendly host. − The entry to the villas is a bit obscure - it is east to miss, particularly at night.

Friendly and welcoming + Had an amazing stay here, they were very helpful organising things for me and giving me information. They even let me check in early unexpectedly. The place has beautiful views and it's very spacious. Would happily stay here again.

Good + overall really enjoyed my stay − I stayed for a month but unfortuately the pool was clean for only half of that time. What I received in a discount for the month on the room ultimately was lost on the pool maintenance hopefully if you spend more on the room they will make more effort to clean the pool with professional pool cleaning serv ice.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. + This space beautiful. Excellent Value. Very Big Spacious Room Tall Ceilings. Lovely Bath. Great patio balcony with amazing view. Nice Kitchenette for short stay. − The only reason this has a poor review is THE NUMBER FOR THIS MUST BE CONNECTED TO SOMEONE THAT IS RESPONSIVE. I WAS SUUUUPPPPEERRR ANGRY THAT I GOT 0 RESPONSE FROM THE NUMBER ON FILE FOR DAYS, AND MY WIFE WAS COMING SOLO FOR ARRIVAL AND I SAW THE PERSON ONLINE, READING MY MESSAGES AND NOT RESPONDING EXXXXXTREMLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE. I WOULD NOT COME BACK FOR THIS REASON ALONE. VERY DISSAPOINTED BY POOR SERVICE OF I SUSPECT THE OWNER WHO PUT THEIR NUMBER ON LISTING. IT SHOULD HAVE THE NUMBER OF WHO IS WORKING FRONT DESK WHO IS RESPONSIVE. VERY DISSAPOINTED. CHANGE THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!

+ Everything was good, just because of it being located around a jungle, lots of mosquitos near the pool, but get a coil and they should be good, no phone in room, and no one at reception after 3 pm, so make sure you get your own coil or arrange it before 3 pm

More than what i expected + Very nice accomodation. + for the staff, they help you with everything + for the view from balcony. We were watching sunset every night and it was great. Also having breakfast on that balcony is nice. + for a big spacious room! and so big bed with comfy matrace! − - some small adjustments. Like the room is really big, one table for working and a chair would be great addition. - also some wall needs to be repainted - they already very dirty and wet.
