Exceptional + Room is very comfortable and it's just like a home , Especially it's new , Need to say about the manager Kabir very friendly and guided us for all north and south goa trip with the fantastic travels 😀, Also he arranged a rented bike for exploring Goa on our own , Thanks Kabir all the best 👍 − Nothing , only the climate is too hot at May

Bad + Host was good − Location is not as updated in the booking.com, if the website has a quality team they have to question because location it is Said 600 metres from beach, very close to Tito's however nothing as mentioned To reach beach it takes 1.3km , 600 metres u can see beach maybe if that is mentioned. This place has no connection to Calangute n Baga, it's a travel of around 2km to Baga n 3 to Calangute . Seeing the location changed to a place called om sai baga leaving the advance payment to Mr Kabir Only good thing he did was to return charger which we left after staying there for couple of hrs

Amazing Experience + This is an excellent experience and unforgettable memories. Once I stayed and spoke with staff i thought I should recommend this property for your Stay otherwise it would be unfair. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. They are very committed to serve you anytime. − Ac, tv and wifi are working nicely.location is just few step from the beach.
