Yabancı oteli + Saat 3 ten sonra gelmemize rağmen odanız hazır değildi. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaş çok ilgisiz ve çözüm odaklı değildi. Gidin sonra gelin filan dedi bir ara. Yabancı değilseniz hizmet beklentiniz yüksek olmasın. Yönetici ile görüşme israrim sonucu bir oda ayarladilar.

+ Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama şehir tarafina bakan odalar da açılan pencere yok o yüzden havanlandirmasi yeterli değildi. En kisa zamanda açılır pencere yapılırsa gayet güzel bir konaklama yapılabilir.

Otel deneyimi + Deluxe oda tutmuştum. Olumlu olarak; odalar konforlu ve herşey kaliteli eşyalardan oluşuyordu, kahvaltısı lezzetli ve güzeldi Olumsuz olarak; deniz manzaralı diye aldığım otelin en pahallı 2.odası olan Deluxe oda iki evin arasından biraz denizi görüyordu oysaki temsili oda resmindeki manzarayla alakası bile yoktu, jakuzinin olduğu alan hep su içindeydi, odanın içindeki çay kaşığı kullanılmış ve kirliydi, yatak çarşafı hafif nemliydi ve odalar çok fazla ses geçiriyordu. Koridordaki tüm konuşulan odanın içindeymiş gibi rahatsız ediyordu. Günü birlik konaklama yapacağım için yorgun olduğumdan dolayı olumsuz özelliklerle uğraşamadım. Fakat daha uzun süreli bir konaklama yapacak olsam kesinlikle bu durumu iletir ve gerekirse tekrar çıkışımı alabilirdim

Great Hotel Near the Airport + Great Hotel Near the Airport A beautiful hotel located on the main street, very close to the airport, and right behind it is the lovely Trabzon beach. I stayed for two nights before my flight and had a relaxing and pleasant experience. • The apartment was spacious and quiet • Excellent sound insulation • Comfortable bed • Friendly reception, and the café owner kindly offered me tea as a welcoming gesture Overall, it’s a great stay — especially if you’re looking for peace and convenience before your flight. Only downside: Very limited parking, and their only solution is to leave your car key at the front desk in case they need to move it.
