It was all fabulous apart from bathroom + It was all excellent − The door wouldn't close shut even when holding it closed to put lock on it didn't work and the chain wouldn't flush properly

Great location, tiny room + Great position, just off the seafront. Easy parking in the street. − Climbing steep stairs with luggage to top floor. Very hot, very small room with tiny window.

It was ok . One night . + The location was great . Nice coffee and orange juice . − Smell comming from the bathroom like a drain smell ? Coudent sleep cat outside making a noice ? Music played all night in the dinning room ? Coudent sleep went downstairs to sit in the waiting room ? Didn’t see anyone no staff just a phone call . Lump of fluff in the bathroom .

Beautiful stay + We stayed for one night and absolutely loved this beautiful house. We stayed in the Balcony Room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the wonderful attention to detail throughout our stay. All the little extras were such a lovely touch, as was the complimentary breakfast and the delicious cakes. We especially enjoyed the traditional Welsh cakes! The location is also fantastic. I had read some reviews mentioning difficulties with parking, but luckily we had no problems at all. We found parking easily on the same road, even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend. Our host was also wonderful—so friendly and helpful. She called us before our arrival and provided us with all the information we needed, which made everything very easy and stress-free. Lovely stay would recommend + Breakfast was a nice touch croissants very fresh and orange juice a bonus.bedroom very quirky with an awesome shower room. − View could have been better, and could have been warned of extensive road works opposite.

Lovely, quirky small hotel right by the sea + The hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is perfect and the decor is beautiful. There’s free parking on the street. − The walls are quite thin and I had loud neighbours. I’m a heavy sleeper but something to bear in mind if you don’t like noise.

Lovely place but the particular room wasn’t suitable. + Proximity to town and cleanliness. − The room wasn’t suitable for us. This was not the accommodation’s fault however but more a result of mobility issues.
